If you are a resident and/or going to other LGUs (other Cities/Municipalities aside from Tacloban), please be advised that you don’t need to apply on the Balik Tacloban Website. We suggest that you coordinate with your hometown/destination for the required documentary requirements. Thank you!

PUBLIC ADVISORY :
All travelers (Authorized Person Outside Residence, Returning Tacloban Residents, Returning Overseas Filipino, Transients) who have been approved and given the Certificate of Acceptance, will have their QR Code tagged as LSI/APOR for 10 days upon arrival in Tacloban City. While the mandatory quarantine is no longer in effect, the tagging of QR code is for monitoring purposes of the travelers who have recently arrived in Tacloban City. Travelers with tagged QR Code can be allowed to enter offices and establishments but it's within their final discretion to allow or restrict any individual who will enter their premises. The QR Code of travelers will be automatically untagged after 10 days. Travelers who have lacking travel documents or manifesting flu-like symptoms will undergo the mandatory quarantine upon arrival as per Tacloban City Health Office.
